Structured Execution Process

Sequential engineering and management milestones ensuring zero baseline execution gaps.

01

Hazard Assessment & Hydraulic Design

Calculate fire load density, required water storage capacity, pump flow rates, and network pressures per NBC and NFPA standards.

02

Hydrant Piping & Pump House Installation

Lay underground ring-main carbon steel piping, construct dedicated fire reservoirs, and install synchronized electrical/diesel pump sets.

03

Detection Arrays & Electrical Bay Gas Flooding

Install addressable detector networks throughout processing sheds, and deploy clean agent gas suppression in server and MCC rooms.

04

Hydraulic Testing & Statutory Fire NOC Sanction

Conduct full pressure hydro-testing and live water throw demonstrations for Fire Department officials to secure the permanent Fire NOC.
